Milledge Hart is a Managing Director at Pagemill Partners. During his career, he has had significant experience as CEO of growth companies in a broad range of industries. He has managed companies through multiple financings, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings. He has completed transactions across a wide range of industry segments, including consumer, enterprise software, internet & media, security, storage, broadcast, and services. Recent transactions include the sale of MapFrame to GE and the sale of PostX to IronPort (Cisco).

Prior to joining Pagemill Partners, Milledge was the President and CEO of Tukaroo, Inc., a desktop search software company that was sold to IAC (Ask.com). Milledge began his career in investment banking at Dillon Read & Company (now part of UBS) in the M&A group.

Milledge is a member of the Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization, where he previously held the position of International President. He serves on the advisory boards of Irise, Accept Software, Sleepquest.

Milledge holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and public policy from Duke University.
