Bill Sunstrum is a founding member of Pagemill Partners. He brings 26 years of experience to Pagemill and is responsible for all financial, administrative and compliance matters, as well as analytical and due diligence support services to his clients and client teams. In addition, Bill heads the Valuation Practice where he is responsible for fairness opinions, valuations and specialized financial studies.

Prior to Pagemill Partners, Bill served as the chief financial officer for several technology start-ups in Silicon Valley, such as wireless software developer and device manufacturer DataRover and enterprise software provider InterTrade Systems. He also provided business consulting services to various private and public companies doing acquisitions, divestitures, operations and information systems. Sunstrum also structured and marketed various private debt and equity financings.

He began his career at PriceWaterhouse, where he led field audits for Fortune 500 companies. He later held several senior management positions in Arrow Electronics, Inc., a NYSE listed company, and Rolodex Corporation.

Bill is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and is registered with FINRA with series 7, 63, 24 and 27 licenses.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Concordia University and a graduate diploma in public accounting from McGill University, both in Montreal.
