" Human resources management software maker Authoria last week said it will acquire Hire.com, a developer of recruiting management software. Financial terms of the all-stock deal were not disclosed. Hire.com's flagship product is HireEnterprise, a suite that helps employers with online recruiting, applicant tracking and staffing analytics. The 10-year-old company's customers include Adobe, Prudential Financial and Royal Caribbean Cruises. Authoria plans to rename the software Authoria Hire Advisor and incorporate it into its broader human resources software portfolio. Adding sourcing and recruiting software will extend the features of Authoria's offerings, which include compensation, performance and employee communication management applications.
